The Chinese province of Yunnan is thought to be the birthplace of the first tea plantations, where it is said that the environment and altitude (from 4500 to 6000 feet above sea level) make it the perfect place on earth to grow tea.

The warm moist air of the and the seasonal harvesting of this Yunnan tea make it a special one. Sweet and full of flavour, it pairs wonderfully with a little milk and sugar.

Steeping Instructions:
Place one teaspoon of Yunnan tea for each 250 ml cup into your teapot. Add water heated to 180 degrees F or 80 degrees C. Let steep for 3-5 minutes and enjoy.
